Basic Composition and Production Process
Composition Parameters: Silicon content controlled at 14%-16%, iron content at 80%-83%, with strict impurity requirements: carbon <0.6%, sulfur <0.02%, phosphorus <0.03%, manganese <0.8%; density can reach 6.7-7.1 g/cm³, Mohs hardness 5.5-6.0, magnetic content ≥99%.
Production Process: First, low-silicon ferrosilicon alloy is obtained through electric furnace smelting, then crushed through a large-scale crushing and grinding production line, and finally processed into finished product through multi-layer fine sieving. Common particle sizes include 65D, 100D, 150D, 270D, and 70 mesh, 100 mesh, 200 mesh, 325 mesh, etc., and can be customized upon request.
